‍At the Castel Group, I had the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment that specialized in cutting-edge digital web application development.

My Role

Architected and implemented a comprehensive RESTful API system from the ground up, achieving 85% test coverage and delivering a 40% reduction in response times. As technical lead, I established the company's cloud infrastructure on AWS, implementing PostgreSQL databases and S3 object storage solutions.
In a project manager capacity, I oversaw a growing engineering team using agile methodologies, leading sprint planning and daily standups while making key architectural decisions to ensure scalability. I demonstrated the ability to drive technical excellence, lead teams, and deliver robust software solutions in a high-growth environment.
